We were looking for a small tow car and noticed one on Brownlows website. As we don’t live local we rang to check if it was suitable for our needs. We spoke to Paul who was very helpful and even video called us back for a tour around the car, confirming it was all set up for towing. Perfect for us and off we went to see it. Terry then sorted everything out for the paperwork needed for the sale of my car and the purchase of the new one. Also registered the road tax for us. Overall, it was a very professional and helpful service, and would not hesitate to highly recommend .

I always go to Brownlows Cars I have purchased 4 up to now from them over the years and every car has been as good as they say they are. I would recommed to all, been an picked my new car up today and there was a trim missing Paul (the sexy one) ordered a new trim will get a phone call when it arrives they will fit it for me . To be fair both Paul and Terry are great I would highly recommend.

I recently purchased a car from Brownlow’s Cars in Darlington and i was impressed by the pleasant manner in which the purchase was conducted . The delivery date was agreed and I took possession at
the agreed time without any delay fully serviced with MOT . There was a minor problem with petrol cap cover and I received an immediate response with a replacement within 2 days of purchase. Just bought a VW Toureg V6 R-LINE, for pulling a caravan, the lads were very informative on this car and made the transition of old car to new, simple, even with swapping personal plate, this was one of the easiest transitions of the cars, nearly all done for me. Bought white Ford Fiesta MD14 VUC on 7 September and was a really good service no hard sell and everything explained in detail. the car was serviced and years MOT and AA cover and was ready to pick up the following day. The following week there was a problem with the battery losing its charge I phoned the dealer and he paid for a replacement. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a second hand car to give Brownlows a try as they as they are very easy to deal with.
