Just bought a VW Toureg V6 R-LINE, for pulling a caravan, the lads were very informative on this car and made the transition of old car to new, simple, even with swapping personal plate, this was one of the easiest transitions of the cars, nearly all done for me. From start to fimish the lads at the garage very friendly great customer service terry dealt with me i went in chose a car payed a deposit then picked the car up 3 days later car was fully valeted and shining exterior.allso left with a one yeat AA cover and 3 months parts and labour warranty cheers lads

Bought white Ford Fiesta MD14 VUC on 7 September and was a really good service no hard sell and everything explained in detail. the car was serviced and years MOT and AA cover and was ready to pick up the following day. The following week there was a problem with the battery losing its charge I phoned the dealer and he paid for a replacement. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a second hand car to give Brownlows a try as they as they are very easy to deal with.
